Q1.When do you ship the bands?

The bands will be shipped within 3 days after order if it is in stock.
If it is not in stock, we will inform you by email!

Q2.How can I get logistic information and know the updates?

1.We will send you an email about your tracking number and logistic way after we send you bands.

2.After we ship it , we will update the status as well as the tracking number and tracking way for your order on Paypal.

3.Please enter the tracking number in the tracking URL we provided. If you still don't know how to do, please email us.

Q3.I have some questions about the bands before make an order, what is the contact way?

Q4.I meet some problems of my bands( like quality isn't good, don't like style, order wrong size ,colors and etc) , what can I do?

Q6,How long will I get my package after order?

It depends on the bands you ordered if in stock in our overseas warehouse or not. If the bands you ordered is in stock in overseas warehouse,the shipping time is about one week, If the bands you ordered is out of stock in overseas warehouse,we have to ship it from our Chinese warehouse, then it will take about 10-20 days.
